LandQuest Ventures, LLC (i.e. LandQuest) conducted a detailed delineation and ecological assessment on a 22+ acre undeveloped property located in Panama City Beach, Florida. LandQuest evaluated existing land use, wetland habitat, and T/E Species and their critical habitats. This evaluation determined extensive wetland areas occurring within the project area boundary. 

A corrected conservation easement previously deeded and recorded in Bay County Clerk of Courts in July 2007 totaling 6.80 acres further evaluated. Eight (8) listed species are noted within the project area. No evidence of any of these species, including bald eagles and gopher tortoises were observed during the field evaluation. 

LandQuest determined that any direct impacts stemming from potential proposed retail development to the existing wetland would require a permit from both the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (i.e. COE) and an Environmental Resource Pert (i.e. ERP) from FDEP. LandQuest later developed both applications and coordinated permitting activity with these agencies.
